David Reavis, PA-C, is a physician assistant for Pain Care Specialists of Oregon. He started his education at Brigham Young University in Provo, UT, where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Biology. After an 8-year stint serving in the Air Force, David went on to get a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY. He started his career working in general/vascular surgery in Corvallis, subsequently moving on to work with an orthopedic spine surgeon in Eugene, and finally settling into pain medicine with PCSO.

Ronald Fallarme, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant who received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science at the University of Washington in Seattle, WA. He then served in the U.S. Air Force as a flight medic for 6 years, and was deployed in the Middle East during Operation Enduring Freedom. He then continued his education and received his Graduate degree from Cornell University Weill Medical College in New York, NY. He started his medical career in the field of Neurosurgery before dedicating himself to Pain Medicine at Pain Care Specialists of Oregon. He is also actively serving as a Captain with the Oregon Army National Guard.
